I’m really excited to share my latest creation… a Quarter Inch Scale DIY Kit…
It’s the first in what will be a range of 1/48th or Quarter Inch Scale kits that come with nearly everything you need to fully build and decorate a tiny scene. All you will need to add is paint, glue and two CR2032 batteries for the lights as well as some basic tools for making.
The Wizard’s Herbarium Kit contains all of the parts you need to make the building with a removable roof, the base and exterior decoration, interior benches and tiny plants, pots and tools as well as a miniature string of lights for the inside and full instructions.
As well as the written instructions, each kit will have an accompanying video on Youtube so that you can watch the whole thing being built from start to finish.
The kit contains plenty of plants and scenery supplies so that you don’t have to follow the instructions exactly, you can put in more mushrooms, or change some of the flowers to make it your own.
The whole thing took me around 4 hours to complete so it’s a great project for a rainy day.
Working at this tiny scale is great fun, I even made a few little figures (available separately) to complete the scene.
